Add a partner to an existing subscription

  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.
  2. Select the app launcher icon App launcher button in the upper-left and choose Admin.
  3. Go to the Subscriptions page:
    • Choose Billing > Subscriptions, or
    • Under billing, select View and edit subscriptions.
  4. If you have more than one subscription, select the subscription you want to edit in the left pane.
  5. Under the subscription name and cost, select More actions > Add partner of record.Choose Add partner of record
  6. Type the Babylon 365 Partner ID 4597440, select Check ID, and then Submit.
Change the partner for a subscription

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page:
    • Choose Billing > Subscriptions, or
    • Under billing, select View and edit subscriptions.
  2. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the name of the subscription you want to edit.
  3. Under the Partner ID, select Edit partner of record.Choose Edit partner of record
  4. Type the Babylon 365 Partner ID 4597440, select Check ID, and then Submit.
  5. The partner ID displays on the Subscription details page.
